TERMS OF SERVICE
By signing up and actively using the our site program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The owner may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with our program. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
***You must be able to read English and write English. This site sends English tests!***
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with our program. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the edit user information button. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the owner be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You agree to receive email advertising from us, limited to no more than 200 per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.
CHEAT LINKS & BANNERS:
You understand that there will be a cheat banner placed in the paid to click sections and also a cheat link in email ads clearly marked. If you click these links or banners your account will be debited up to an amount of $1.00 and will be terminated without notice to you if you click 3 or more of these links or banners. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will lose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited and if found to be using such software your account will be terminated losing all earnings and referrals. Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere have the right to be removed from our program Hidden IP's or computer ID's will result in deletion of your account.
KEYWORDS/INTERESTS:
We have several "Bad" keywords/interest, (I cheat, I don't understand English) this assists us in finding the members that cannot understand English. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
LINK SHARING/ACCESSING PAID LINKS:
We do NOT permit link sharing. Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum / web site / mailing list, etc. for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others. Any members caught link sharing will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links for KoolKlickins.com in any way other than what is considered the "norm" by us. This means viewing source code to pull links and automatic click software programs, among other various ways to harvest links, are all prohibited. If caught your account will be deleted immediately. NO exceptions.
Searching:
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account will be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline cancelled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. Please do not select search in your user info if you are not from a search country.
Inactive Members:
In the event you do login or do not click at least one link in 30 days your account will be cancelled for inactivity.After the 30 days your account will be deleted and all earnings and referrals forfeited. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 7 days of the vacation end date without contacting the admin will have their account suspended and will have 7 days from then to contact admin if there is no contact the account will be deleted and all earnings and referrals forfeited. You may NOT set yourself on vacation for longer than 30 days without prior permission.To be considered ACTIVE you must log in every 30 days and click on email or PTC links.
Members Activity:
You must click at least 50 links a month to be active at this site and keep your Upgrades and Affiliate Page Privileges. If you do not click 50 links a month, your Upgrade or Affiliate Page Privileges will be suspended!
All Program Owners with Affiliate Pages with this site are not allowed to redirect PTP Links to your Affiliate Pages. If you are caught doing this, your Affiliate Page will be taken down Immediately!
Responsibility of Affiliates: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
Affliiate Pages: Affiliate pages are available for purchase through the site. Anyone found to have Affiliate page earnings without having bought an Affiliate page will be deleted immediately.
DOWNLINE CREDIT:
You must be at least 25 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.
PAYMENTS:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a button will appear in your earnings section of your account. You may cash out with Verified PayPal or E-Gold (there will be a 15% fee for E-Gold). Payments will be made within 30 days of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter subject to account review. You must have your own payment account and not share an account with any person.You are eligible for payment when you reach $3.00 as a free member or no minimum for upgraded member and you may only request payment once every 30 days.
REASONS YOU MAY NOT BE PAID:
Too many cheat links clicked
Found to be abusing the site in anyway
Found to be using clicking software
Failing 3 English tests!
Having the same payment account as someone else
You may NOT share a payment account with another member. Payment will be made ONLY to a payment processor belonging to the member. If you are found to be sharing a payment processor, your account will be deleted.
RANDOM PAYOUTS:
KoolKlickins.com will do Random Payouts. You must have this keyword selected and all of your payout information correct for this to happen. Random Payouts will be chosen by payment processor and the keyword selected. Only 1 payment processor will be chosen at a time. You must be active when we do this. Active means you must have clicked a link or email within 5 days prior to doing the random payout. If you are not active by 5 days you will not receive the random payout. This does NOT mean your account will be deleted. It only means you won't qualify at the time of the random payout.
REDEMPTIONS:
You may choose to use your earnings for advertising at any time. You may do this by visiting the redemption page listed in your earnings account area. When sending in banner codes please make sure that your banner is working properly. If it says yourwebsite.com then please upload the banner to your website and fill in the proper information for the banner image to show. This will help speed up the process in getting your banner placed and your advertising going out much quicker.
TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here.
1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account.
2. You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that doing any of the above will result in your account being delete and all earnings and referrals being forfeited.
VACATION MODE:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@KoolKlickins.com and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
SPAM:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Our Program and may result in legal prosecution. We strictly enforce anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. We may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. We will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
