Account Questions:


Am I allowed to have more than one account?


We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.


How can I log into my account?


Log in by going to http://www.koolklickins.com and clicking on Members.


How can I cancel my account?


Login and click on "Profile", then scroll down to the bottom and put in your password and click "Cancel Account".


How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?


Your affiliateship in our program allows Kool Klickins to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Kool Klickins without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "Profile" link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".


How can I change my personal information?


Log in to your account and click the "Profile" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

Do you have English Reading Tests or Cheat Links?



Yes. These are marked with DO NOT CLICK - so don't! There are also some designed to catch those members who are using auto-clicking software.


I live outside the US, can I join?


We are only accepting members from Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherland, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Unites Kingdom & United States All others are deleted on a daily basis!


I have Web-TV, can I join too?


Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


I did not receive my confirmation email, what do I do?


Be sure to look in your JUNK or SPAM email folders as some email providers will automatically direct our mail there. If you still do not find it, join again with a different email address.


I was getting email from Kool Klickins and now I am not, what happened?


Your email provider may have bounced the message back to us, if that happens your account has been flagged for deletion. You may change to a different email address and then redirect your mail to it. BE WARNED, that accounts which bounce emails a total of 3 times will be deleted and all earnings will be forfeited.


Can I be deleted for inactivity?


Yes. FREE members must login at least once every 30 days and Upgraded members must login at least once every 30 days. Our advertisers count on their ads being seen and it is necessary for the longevity of our business that the database have active readers.


What types of ads are not allowed?


We do not accept ads for these: Search Portals (signup or home page is OK); Adult (Porn); Gambling or Casinos; or any others we might think unacceptable. All links are tested for content before posting. Kool Klickins reserve final judgment on the content of any site advertised. If you are not sure about a site, please email us and we will be happy to assist you..


Vacation


No more than 30 days, any member that requires longer than this must submit in writing the reason and expected date of return.


Can I sell my downline or advertising I have won?


NO. The sale of a downline and any product or service offereded at a discounted price by members to anyone else is strictly prohibited. However, a member may use services as an incentive for individuals joining his/her downline. There can be NO cash charge for the incentive - you may offer advertising, but you CAN NOT charge cash for it.


Earnings Questions:


How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?


Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. All Emails will be worth 1/4 cent to 1 cent Cash. We also offer Point emails that are worth 5 points-100 points.


When can I request payment?


You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout requirement amount of $3.00 for FREE members, there is a Minimum Payout of $1.00-$2.00 for upgraded Members depending on which upgrade you have. We also provide some upgrades where there is no minumum payout. All Members may request payout once every 30 days. We accept the following Payment Processors: Verified Paypal and E-Gold. There will be a 15% charge added to E-Gold Payouts due to overwhelming amount of members requesting E-Gold for Payouts. I will do E-Gold Payouts as I get E-Gold in.


How can I request payment?


As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.


When am I paid?


After your $3.00 payment (for free members) request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days...usually much, much sooner.


How am I paid?


Payments are made via Verified Paypal and E-Gold. There will be a 15% charge added to Payouts for E-Gold.


Referral Questions:


How can I refer other affiliates?


You may place a link with your referral ID koolklickins.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.


What is my referral link?


Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page inside the Member's Area.


What can I earn through referrals?


Affiliates will earn 20% of their direct referral point earnings. At this time there are no cash referral earning percentage.


Are my referral earnings working?


Yes, you will need to have some referrals and for some of them to be Active in order to see any earnings from their clicks. The script is written so that whatever you earn from your downline's activity will not be posted to your account until they have fullfilled a certain requirement such as each of them earning at least $0.01 (or more) in personal earnings from their own clicking of ads.
